Java Developer lead

Must have:
6-10 years of software development experience.
Hands on experience in development/debugging multi-threaded JAVA applications.
Intermediate level understanding of networking concepts.
Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
Data Structures, Algorithms and their complexity/performance.
Development & testing in Linux environment.
Notification framework like Active MQ, Kafka & Relational DBs like MySQL/Oracle.
Experience in XML, JSON and RESTful Web Services.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Excellent communication skill.
Experience in mentoring junior members.
Ability to efficiently cross-collaborate across different teams.

Highly Preferred:
Experience in Network Management Systems OR OSS/BSS OR SDN controllers like ONOS/ODL.
Exposure to working with complex, distributed products.
Familiarity to Telecom Standards like TMF, 3GPP, T-API.
Exposure to SNMP, YANG/NETCONF and Open APIs.
Experience in migrating a monolithic system to an ecosystem of micro-services.
Exposure to Agile methodologies in software development (Scrum, Kanban).
Project execution experience in public Cloud like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
