Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for developing and executing on the company-wide pricing strategy to optimize revenue and profitability. Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Renewal Teams, this role will provide exceptional support across our dynamic organization, delivering invaluable commercial advice and pricing guidance.

Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for timely Sales commissions calculations and work with Sales Ops, People Team and Payroll to ensure timely commission payouts. As part of their duties, Senior Financial Analyst will also support the creation of key business reporting decks and own the investor scorecards. In addition, Senior Financial Analyst will support on strategic initiative queries from SLT/ELT and Product Organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and deploy in-depth pricing models for new and existing product sets.
• Act as Commercial Sponsor for key deals, ensuring alignment of pricing strategies and deal P&Ls with company profitability and market frameworks to drive long-term financial success.
• Build concise and informative deal summaries, incorporating P&L, key timelines, associated risks, and opportunities.
• Validate and maintain data integrity for pricing and monitoring activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce and enhance commercial reports, such as Margin Analytics and Pricing Governance.
• Lead pricing initiatives to optimize supplier cost increase mitigations and legacy pricing adjustments for improved profitability.
• Drive organizational accountability for performance against profitability targets.
• Support the creation of month-end reporting decks, mainly through deal Margin Analytics and insightful commentary.
• Own the creation and delivery of monthly board reporting scorecards.
• Support leadership team and Product organization in commercial modelling queries.
• Proactively approach automation and optimization of pricing-related processes.

Qualification & what you have

• University degree in business/finance related discipline or other quantitative field degree.

Experience:

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Pricing/FP&A/Business Partner/Analytics role.
• B2B pricing of complex service offerings. Prior B2B end-to-end deal pricing experience (MSP or IT company)
• Knowledge of IaaS and PaaS business and commercial models.
• Understanding of matrix leadership and proven influence over senior stakeholders.
• Industry experience in Technology, Information Security or Cloud Services would be advantageous.
• Working experience of ServiceNow would be advantageous.
• Experience in data visualization using Power BI would be advantageous.
• Excellent Excel and modelling knowledge
• Proven analytical skills for interpreting financial information, conducting data analysis, and providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
