Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screening and Selection:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers.
Administer pre-employment assessments, as required.
Candidate Management:
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Partner with department heads to define job requirements and expectations.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to refine recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding:
Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
Promote the organizations culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to employment laws and recruitment policies.
Maintain organized records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
