Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning and Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role will involve collaboration with various departments to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Customize training programs to meet specific departmental and organizational needs.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and formats (e.g., simulations, role-playing, group discussions).
- Assess training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on participant progress and training outcomes.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Partner with external vendors or consultants as needed for specialized training.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in L&D.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve training programs and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
- Prepare reports for management on training progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role (4+ years preferred).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software will be preferred.
