Senior Visual and Content Designer (Remote)

Position Overview:.

We are seeking a Senior Visual and Content Designer with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for exceptional visual design, and the ability to create compelling B2B technical content.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Customer teams to craft engaging narratives and produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Your work will elevate our brand, communicate complex ideas simply, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:.

Develop and deliver powerful visual and written narratives tailored for B2B audiences.

Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content for diverse formats like case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.

Design visually stunning marketing assets, including social media graphics, presentations, and website visuals.

Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

Support the Customer Success team with content that enhances user experience and communicates product value effectively.

Act as the guardian of visual and content quality, ensuring every piece reflects great taste and high standards.

Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.

Work with subject matter experts to design content that addresses technical challenges and solutions in a visually appealing manner.

Stay updated on trends in B2B content and technical storytelling to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:.

Experience:5+ years of experience in visual design, content creation, and storytelling for B2B audiences, preferably in technical or SaaS environments.

Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of visual design and storytelling expertise.

A knack for identifying and communicating brand stories with compelling visuals and content.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:.

Background in designing technical or SaaS content.

Experience with motion design, video editing, or animation tools is a plus.

Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling through dashboards or analytics.
