Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics SCM Manufacturing Technical Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics SCM (Supply Chain Management) solutions tailored for manufacturing environments.

Your expertise in configuring and optimizing SCM modules, integrating with other ERP systems, and providing technical guidance to project teams will be essential.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, and hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end SCM solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure MS Dynamics SCM modules to meet manufacturing client requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate MS Dynamics SCM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth implementation and operation.

- Create documentation including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest MS Dynamics SCM features, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in implementing and customizing MS Dynamics SCM (formerly AX) in manufacturing environments.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and inventory management.

- Experience in integrating MS Dynamics SCM with other ERP systems and applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Microsoft certifications (e.g MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management) preferred.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
