Client Relationship Manager

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing support to our clients and act as a bridge between clients and the technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The work is a desk-centred position with no travel and no sales targets. Please note, we are full service software firm.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support to clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests/issues and provide solutions
• Utilize Advanced MS Excel to analyze and report on customer data and provide insights. To analyze Client data and improve their decision-making process and product experience.
• To monitor product functionality
• Review analytics and prepare reports.
• Maintain accurate client records and update them on a regular basis
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that we are providing the best possible customer experience and aid with ideas to evolve with product design and development

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
