Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled MS SQL DBA Admin with over 6 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database installation, SQL scripting, security management, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain MS SQL Server databases.

- Develop and optimize SQL scripts for database management and reporting.

- Ensure database security, access control, and compliance with best practices.

- Perform data migration and upgrades with minimal downtime.

- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

- Perform backup and recovery to ensure data integrity.

- Collaborate with development and IT teams to enhance database functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as an MS SQL Database Administrator.

- Proficiency in SQL scripting and database performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with database installation, backup, and recovery strategies.

- Strong knowledge of security management, role-based access control, and encryption techniques.

- Expertise in data migration across different database environments.

- Experience in handling high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud-based SQL solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or equivalent.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases is an advantage.
