SailPoint Architect - Identity Management (16-30 yrs)

Role : SailPoint Architect

Experience Required : 17+ Years

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Architect with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint and the ability to design, develop, and implement IAM solutions that meet client requirements. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and client interaction to deliver tailored IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. - Design and Architecture :

- Develop and design SailPoint solutions, including workflows, rules, and custom connectors.

2. Implementation :

- Lead the implementation of SailPoint solutions, including installation, configuration, and system integration.

3. Project Management :

- Oversee IAM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to project goals.

4. Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance team capabilities.

5. Client Interaction :

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored IAM solutions that align with their business needs.

6. Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all IAM solutions, workflows, and processes.

Qualifications :

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Java, XML, and other relevant technologies.

- In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.

Certifications :

- SailPoint certification is highly desirable.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other IAM tools and technologies.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
