Senior Engineer I - Java Technologies (10-14 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions following best practices in microservices -architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact projects.

- Lead the development of APIs, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

- Work with Kafka, cloud technologies, and integrate with third-party systems.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth system operations.

- Promote continuous improvement by recommending system optimizations and new technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software development, specializing in Java, microservices, and APIs.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, RESTful web services, and AWS.

- Solid understanding of database design (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud-based solutions.

- Proven leadership skills with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and technical problem solving.

- Familiarity with tools like Maven, Tomcat, Datadog, or Splunk is a plus.
