Job Title : Actimize Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced - Actimize Developer- with 5 to 12 years of expertise in developing and optimizing Actimize solutions for anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring), AIS (Actimize Intelligent Server), rule development, and performance tuning. In addition to Actimize expertise, proficiency in MS SQL, data modeling, and Java is essential. Experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and SDLC best practices will be highly advantageous. This onsite role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and maintain Actimize solutions in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Actimize Solution Development : Design, configure, and develop Actimize SAM and AIS components to support AML compliance requirements.

- Rule and Scenario Configuration : Develop, implement, and manage Actimize rules and scenarios to detect suspicious activities effectively.

- Performance Optimization : Conduct performance tuning, optimize Actimize data models, MS SQL scripts, and queries to improve processing efficiency.

- Data Modeling and Database Management : Design and manage the Actimize data model to meet AML standards and align with business needs.

- Integration and API Management : Use ActOne API and integration tools to extend Actimize functionalities and enable seamless integration with other systems.

- Cloud and Kubernetes Deployment : Deploy and manage Actimize solutions on Google Cloud using Kubernetes, Helm, and related DevOps practices for scalability and reliability.

- SDLC & GitHub : Adhere to SDLC best practices, leveraging GitHub for code management, version control, and collaborative development.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication : Work closely with AML, business analysts, and IT teams to align solutions with regulatory and compliance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 to 12 years of experience as an Actimize Developer, with a strong focus on AML and compliance projects.

- Actimize Proficiency : Deep knowledge of Actimize SAM, AIS, Rules, ActOne API, and performance tuning techniques.

- Database Expertise : Strong MS SQL skills, including query optimization and database performance tuning.

- Data Modeling : Experience designing and managing Actimize data models for AML solutions.

- AML & Compliance Knowledge : In-depth understanding of AML principles, regulatory standards, and transaction monitoring.

- Programming Skills : Proficiency in Java for building custom Actimize components and functionalities.

- Cloud and DevOps : Experience deploying on Google Cloud and managing Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration.

- SDLC Knowledge : Familiarity with SDLC processes and version control tools, specifically GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications : Actimize or AML-related certifications are a plus.

- Project Collaboration : Strong communication skills and experience working in agile environments.

- Additional Skills : Familiarity with additional DevOps tools and CI/CD processes is advantageous.
