About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead (Full Stack) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, guiding a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and robust applications. As a Tech Lead, youll play a pivotal role in architecting solutions, maintaining code quality, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

○ Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

○ Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

2. Architectural Design:

○ Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for web and mobile applications.

○ Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architecture.

3. Full-Stack Development:

○ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend systems.

○ Use modern frameworks and libraries for full-stack development.

4. Code Review and Quality Assurance:

○ Perform regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code delivery.

○ Establish automated testing protocols and oversee their implementation.

5. Project Management:

○ Work closely with Developers, Designers, and QA to deliver projects on time.

○ Handle sprint planning, task estimation, and resource allocation.

6. Innovation and Problem Solving:

○ Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.

○ Propose innovative solutions to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Educational Background:

○ Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience:

○ Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, including 5 years as a Tech Lead.

○ Proven track record of managing and delivering complex full-stack projects.

3. Technical Skills:

○ Frontend: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.

○ Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.

○ Database: Strong understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

○ DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

○ Tools: Hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, and agile methodologies.

4. Leadership and Communication:

○ Exceptional communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

○ Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
