Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with a proven track record of developing scalable, high-performance web applications. As a Senior Developer, you will take a lead role in both the development and architecture of the system. You will collaborate closely with other teams to design, develop, and maintain applications using the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Ensure the application is responsive, performant, and meets business requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless user experience.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and development strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with front-end libraries and frameworks (React.js, Redux, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
