Walk-in interview: R&D Chemist/Senior Chemist

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct and optimize chemical reactions for process development.

• Evaluate reaction pathways and troubleshoot reaction issues.

• Scale up laboratory processes to pilot and production levels.

• Design and perform experiments to evaluate the efficacy of synthetic routes.

• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and promote a safe laboratory environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

• Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry

• Proficiency in handling hazardous chemicals and implementing safety protocols.

• Analytical skills to interpret and troubleshoot reaction processes.

• Ability to innovate and propose new methodologies for process improvements.
