Job Title : Sr. Programmer/Programmer Decipher

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 1 yrs to 5 yrs

Shift Timings : Based on projects

Working Days : 5 Days Only(Saturday and Sunday) Fixed Off

Job Description (Responsibilities + KRAs) :

1. Reviewing survey questionnaires for quality, compliance and best practices.

2. Programming surveys into survey platforms using Decipher.

3. Testing surveys to ensure all programming instructions, directives have been implemented.

4. Downloading, Checking and Formatting Interim and Final data for review and delivery in different formats.

5. Training, and mentoring new hires on programming and other technical skills.

Skills Required (Technical / Non Technical) :

1. Min. 1 year - currently working experience of programming using Decipher (A Focus Vision product).

2. Knowledge of HTML / X HTML, CSS & Javascript / Jquery (must).

3. Experience / familiarity with complex design, programming and online data deliverables in the market research field.

4. Should be available to during day and night shifts (US hours) and over the weekend / extended hours if required.

5. Ability to handle multiple projects and to prioritize, identify and solve problems individually.
