Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting Entries:
Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting software.
Ensure timely and correct posting of journal entries.
Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.
Prepare and maintain various accounting records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Ledger Checking:
Review and verify the accuracy of ledger postings.
Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Tender Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including financial bids and technical proposals.
Gather and organize necessary financial information and documents.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely submission of tenders.
