Key Responsibilities General Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounts are up to date. Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and transactions. Prepare and post journal entries. Financial Reporting:
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Taxation and Compliance:
Prepare GST, TDS, and income tax filings. Assist in statutory audits and liaise with auditors. Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports. Payroll Management:
Calculate and process employee salaries and benefits. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Monitor and manage receivables and payables. Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments. Negotiate and maintain vendor and client relationships. Banking and Reconciliation:
Handle bank transactions and perform monthly reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and prepare bank statements.
