Service Executive (Back office)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat.
• Need to do Pre-Delivery Inspection.
• Preparing quotations and follow-ups.
• Inhouse service calibration
• Warranty maintenance
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor and track customer service metrics.
• Prepare and distribute customer service reports.
• Provide support to the front-line customer service team.
• Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials for new hires.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on service improvements

Preferred candidate profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
