Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Supporting various stakeholders in the Spares Division across products & focus areas in all specifications related to order fulfillment including:

v Back-end support to spare and service pre-sales

• Creating Techno commercial proposals
• Pipeline management
• Obsolescence management
• Compliance document’s Management
• Analytics

Skills –

Collaborative Working, Good verbal and written communication, Good Knowledge of MS Office, Detail-orientation, Process Orientation, ERP knowledge (preferred), Analytical bent of mind (preferred)

Job Responsibilities –

• Develops relationships with Internal & External stakeholders by managing and interpreting the right requirements
• Provides pre-sales technical assistance for product detailing & proposal requisitions
• Participates in the proposal phase with technical assistance, equipment specifications, estimations, and execution details for Spares replacements
• Review of prices, and terms to identify deviations in the system pricing & Statutory requirements
• Providing detailed costing sheets of the proposals as and when required
• Revising proposals with actual PO based on the final negotiations
• Coordinating with SCM to get the required proposal to create offers
• Creating required proposals for Spares, Service & Operations
• Pipeline management of Spares proposals
• Coordinating with external as well as internal customers for various operational tasks.
• Database Management and documentation of all the products
• Any other operational tasks as may be required from time to time.
