The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in Workday, workday hcm, workday integration, workday Compensation, and Workday Advance

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

7 to 10 years of experience in Workday implementation and support

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advance

Experience in designing and developing Workday integrations

Proficiency in EIB, Studio, and Cloud Connect

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex Workday issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements for Workday solutions

Design and develop Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, and Cloud Connect

Configure and customize Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, and Advance

Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of Workday data

Participate in testing and troubleshooting of Workday solutions

Provide support and guidance to end-users on Workday functionality

Stay up-to-date with Workday system upgrades and enhancements
