Job Overview. CN Solutions is seeking a Field Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in field recruitment and possess excellent sourcing and communication skills.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the position. Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on selecting the best candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
