Job Description
Role & responsibilities
JDE for Desktop
- Help Desk Services
- Call Management
- Ticket Closure within SLA
- Technical Support Services
- L1 & L2 Technical support for OS & application.
- Installation & troubleshooting software on the desktop & server
- OS Installation & troubleshooting
- Performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- On-going end user support
- Virus Control, antivirus update, checks and prevention / cleaning and Windows patching
- Network printer configuration.
- Standard office application support
- Non - Comprehensive maintenance support on all the assets.
- End-User support across the locations.
- Perform daily check list.
- Vendor Management Services
- Logging tickets & follow-up with IT vendors
- End User Computing Services
- Townhall, audio/video conference support.
- Training room setup
- Support Asset team for inventory, allocation etc..
- Network Management Services
- Basic LAN trouble shooting.
