Job Description
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices for services rendered, in line with company policies.
- Monitor and facilitate payment collections from clients, ensuring deadlines are met and outstanding amounts are minimized.
- Handle and resolve escalated issues or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
- Manage and track service delivery performance to ensure maximum operational uptime.
- Track and ensure the timely delivery of requested footage to clients or stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication.
- Monitor the progress of field service calls to ensure resolution and client satisfaction within set timeframes.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and lead monthly meetings with ZSO (Zone Service Operations) to review performance, address concerns, and strategize improvements.
