• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or pattern for fault analysis.
• Filter and clean data & performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Response to daily multiple customer disputes with log analysis.
• Analyzing the critical events for product improvement process.

Eligibility :

• Technical background having minimum 5 years’ experience in Cash Management / ATM service industry.
• Advance knowledge of data analysis on (trend and patterns).
• Strong hardware & software knowledge of ATM machines.

Preferred : Engineering Graduates.
