Qualifications :

Essential Professional degree / BE/ B.Tech inMechanical / Metallurgy from reputed institute

Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Operation /General Management.

Experience :

Essential: 8 - 10 years ofexperience in Quality Managment System Function in Metal Industry.

Desirable : Experience inQuality Management System in manufacturing sector shall beadded advantage.

Job Profile: -

Leadthe formulation & implementation of quality strategy & policy of theorganization depending on business needs, market norms, customer requirements, and statutory guidelines

Reviewand validate the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols forbusiness processes / departments

Ensureimplementation of quality processes across the organization, review thedeviation, if any and recommend corrective actions

Ensuretimely resolution of customer and audit queries

Ensureappropriate raw material, in process and finished goods testing are done as perthe applicable protocols

Reviewthe corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any issues related to theoperations and quality systems; ensure implementation of the same

Ensureall in-process checks and quality control activities are adhered to duringproduction stages

Studythe consolidated analysis/ MIS reports by Quality Control & analyse anytrends in data and devise control mechanisms
