Qualifications:

Essential: Candidate Should have Bachelor of Engineering or SupplyChain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Desired: - Certification in Supply Chain Management(e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Supplychain Lead Infor

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Should be responsible for the configuration and setup of Infor ERP modulesrelated to supply chain management (Sales, Purchase, Inventory), ensuring theymeet organizational needs.
• Manage and optimize data flow across various supply chainfunctions, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration within the ERPsystem.
• Analyze current supply chain processes, identifying areas forimprovement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reducecosts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, marketing, and logistics, to support supply chain initiatives
• Mentor and lead Infor supply chain team members, providingguidance on Infor ERP functionalities and fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.
• Generate and present detailed reports on supply chain metricsand system performance to the CIO and other stakeholders.
• Develop training programs for team members and end-users tomaximize the effective use of Infor ERP tools and functionalities.
• Ensure business as usual with existing Infor functionalities, customizations and processes with no disruption
