HR Apprentice (1 Year Program with stipend under NATS scheme)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HR systems.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/Post graduate fresher
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
