Job Description
Responsible for building the Loan book as well as managing Collections of the portfolio.
Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
Managing Channel partners and other external stakeholders
Assisting Risk and Credit teams in portfolio risk management, customer service, and developing credit & risk policies.
Managing people, tracking performance and enhancing productivity.
Identifying locations for business expansion and setting up new branches.
Hiring, coaching, and building a high-performance team.
Remain updated on market developments and recommend product/ policy updates to improve the company s product offering and competitive position in the market
- Bachelor s / PG degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Team handling/ management experience is a must
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience in NBFC / Banking sector
- Strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
