Cluster Manager

Cluster manager will be responsible for a cohort of Q commerce stores

• Lowest cost store operations with high OTIFs
• Developing the last mile network and maintain a healthy pipeline for recruitment
• Mapping the locality in terms of catchment and ensuring serviceability
• Keen eye on localization of the assortment
• Market Development activities and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Achieve High NPS from customers
• Instock and Availability
• Team development , Training and keeping attrition under required levels
• Store layout and Kaizen to achieve best in class P2D
• Ability to maintain a good relationship with external stakeholders impacting store operations.
