Job Summary

As a Cluster Manager for the Banca Channel at AXIS Bank, through the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance partnership, you will be responsible for driving business and achieving sales targets for insurance products within any one of the above mentioned regions. You will manage a team of 10 to 12 people, ensuring effective execution of business strategies and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales and meet targets for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products through the AXIS Bank Banca channel. Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 to 12 Relationship Managers and Sales Officers. Provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure the team is equipped to achieve business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with AXIS Bank branch managers and staff across the Karnataka region to ensure effective collaboration and maximize sales opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and promptly addressing any concerns. Focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the performance of the team and the channel. Provide constructive feedback and take corrective actions where necessary to drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Manage risks effectively and uphold the highest standards of compliance in all operations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management. Use data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
• Cross-Selling Initiatives: Work closely with different Bank branches to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for other financial products, enhancing the overall customer value proposition.
• Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within your assigned region. Use this information to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in life insurance sales, with a strong track record in the Banca channel.
3. Proven experience in managing teams of 10 to 12 people and achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking and insurance sectors.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary & Benefit:

Offers competitive hike of 25 - 30% hike, with maximum package capped ay 12 LPA.
