Responsibilities


  • Understanding Market Opportunities, TASC Business and Cross Sell Revenues
  • Scoping potential & opportunities in assigned markets in line with identifying segments / industries / industries / market

Understanding the TASC segment from the perspective of compliance and customer segment requirements

  • Generate references from the newly sourced relationships in their network along-with OPDT saving accounts and Salary accounts along with any other cross sell product
  • Working closely with all teams within the bank to provide solution to the customer, understands the overall market - competitors strengths and weaknesses, current market trends along with the respective supervisor and work on the defined draft of opportunities
  • Involve different Business Units and product support functions to effectively manage the business opportunity.
  • Manage the relationship for 3 months post sourcing and then move relationship to CBL TASC
  • Ensure Min 5 calls per day and the same is captured on the CRM and DVR is maintained
  • Working on a segmented CRM with a solution oriented approach for the respective market
  • Focused efforts on x-sell with a view to ensure stickiness of the customer and potential for revenue.

Strong negotiating skills & creative selling abilities to ensure higher conversion on leads generated

Providing Exceptional Customer Service

  • Build and strengthen relationships with new customers, introduce and liaison with related Business Units which will help to take care of customers requirement
  • Develop healthy working relationships within BU’s to strengthen and improve business output and ease of doing business.
  • Provides excellent customer service with all relevant stake holders in order to grow wallet share of the account.
  • Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their requirements

Training & Self Development

  • 7 days on boarding program for CSL TASC before allotment of Branch/cluster
  • Ensure periodic selling skills, personality development & Certifications related trainings to be completed basis business and regulatory requirements

Ensure KYC/AML training of all team members to Drive “First Time Right” documentation for faster account opening.

It used to be very good a year back and now it is horrible and not able to even say what is good here. Health benefits and HR is Okay here and working in MUBB is very good and EBRB is terrible because of the leadership

Not an employee friendly and leadership is not supportive and everyone will question why it has not happened and no one is interested to know the challenges and no one is ready to tell how to do it. Job security is ZERO in EBRB and it has become a joke if we talk about mental piece
