It used to be very good a year back and now it is horrible and not able to even say what is good here. Health benefits and HR is Okay here and working in MUBB is very good and EBRB is terrible because of the leadership
Not an employee friendly and leadership is not supportive and everyone will question why it has not happened and no one is interested to know the challenges and no one is ready to tell how to do it. Job security is ZERO in EBRB and it has become a joke if we talk about mental piece
