Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the PL of the geographic cluster for business generated through engagement with shippers and other freight originators
- Drive cluster specific business and revenue target
- Coach and manage team to meet their targets
- Leading the revenue maximization efforts through upsell and cross sell
- Responsible for assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on a regular basis
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and success
- 8+ experience in road transportation and logistics in similar roles
- Experience in FTL coupled with Warehousing will be an advantage
- Strong selling skills coupled with ability to think on feet
- Strong local market connects and understanding.
