Cluster Business Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the cluster
• Supervise and manage branch staff.
• Improve operational efficiency across branches.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve various targets.
• Conduct regular training and capacity-building sessions for staff to ensure high performance and continuous development.
• Ensure compliance with all Company regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Language: Kannada Language Mandatory (read & write).
• Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate (Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the NBFC or Microfinance sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple branches.
• Experience in secured and unsecured business loan will carry extra weight.
