Work Location: - Pune or Mumbai
Mode of hiring: - Permanent.

Job Description: - Oracle Fusion SCM Lead

Modules Scope: -

Inventory, Order Management, Global Order Promising, Procurement & PDH (Specialized on Configure to Order Model)

(OR) Manufacturing, Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Product Management

End to End Implementation: - The candidate should have experience with a minimum of 3 implementation projects involving Fusion.

• Looking for an experienced Lead Consultant with minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Candidate must have strong background in Oracle SCM Cloud modules and a proven track record of successful project implementation.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize SCM modules including functional knowledge on integration.
• Prepare and deliver documentation, including solution design, functional specification, user guides and test scripts.
• Strong Knowledge on the Data Migration Strategy, Data Conversion skills from Legacy System & Fusion Data Migration Tools
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct user training, and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay current with Oracle SCM Cloud updates and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Global Order Promising, Procurement & PDH (Specialized on Configure to Order Model)
• Must have cross functional knowledge especially with respect to Fusion Financials. ü Must have good understanding of P2P & O2C along with accounting entries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Design and configured solutions for complex business processes involving advanced SCM modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Should have managed project Timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring successful project execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Experience in Middle East Projects are an added advantage.
