Mandatory experience in a similar position for at least 1 year in RU/CIS/LATAM regions specifically with mobile applications (understanding the specifics of In-App sources and the process of purchasing mobile traffic)
Experience with white hat advertisers (e-commerce, utilities, etc)
! A big plus will be your own base of advertisers in the RU-zone and personal relationships with them
Knowledge of the main metrics and concepts in arbitration, the technical foundations of AppsFlyer, Adjust integration
Level of English proficiency from B2 (possibility of written and oral communication)
Knowledge of Excel, Word
Proactivity (understanding that Sales Manager is the engine of progress!)
High level of communication skills, charisma
