What we are looking for :

Experience : 3-6 years

Education : BTech / BE / MCA / MSc Computer Science

We are seeking a talented senior front-end engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing,developing, and maintaining user-friendly and high-performance front-end interfaces. You will collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Primary Skills :

- React & React Native (web and hybrid mobile development)

- React hooks and JSX

- Redux (Toolkit, Thunks, Saga) or other state management frameworks

- Strong understanding of JavaScript Fundamentals + ES6

- TypeScript

- HTML5 / CSS3

- Node.js / npm / API Development

- Deployment of mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms

- Knowledge of hybrid mobile frameworks and their integration

- Experience with tools like Webpack, Enzyme, Flux, and debugging tools

- Proficiency in user interface design and browser-based debugging

Required Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development with React and mobile development using React Native

- Expertise in building APIs with Node.js

- Hands-on experience in deploying mobile applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

- In-depth knowledge of React tools, including Redux, React Native CLI, and Expo

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end libraries

- Experience in hybrid mobile development with integration of APIs and third-party libraries

- Proven debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills

Responsibilities :

- Develop components for web and mobile applications and assist QA teams with test cases

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Demos)

- Identify technical, design, or architectural challenges and propose solutions or mitigation strategies

- Ensure adherence to development processes and documentation standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and build POCs

- Contribute to reusable assets, knowledge repositories, and IPs for the organization

- Mentor junior developers and provide feedback on code and project work

- Deliver training sessions on the latest technologies to upskill internal teams

- Actively participate in organization activities (interviews, CSR initiatives, business events, etc

- Prior experience working with US/Europe-based clients in onsite/offshore delivery models

- Strong communication, technical articulation, and presentation skills
