What we are looking for :

Role : Sr. LLM Engineer

Location : Noida (Hybrid-2 days WFO,2 days WFH)

Experience : 4-9 years

Education : BTech / BE / MCA / MSc Computer Science

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based chatbots for customer support and automation.

- Fine-tune and optimize open-source & proprietary LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Deepseek, etc.).

- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using vector databases (e.g.,Pinecone,FAISS).

- Develop APIs for chatbot integration with HRM, ticketing, and knowledge bases.

- Ensure chatbot performance, security, and scalability in production.

Requirements :

- Strong experience with Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.

- Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

- Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB).

- Cloud expertise (GCP or Azure) for model deployment.

- Experience with MLOps & CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
