Position: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: 15000 -25000

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Engage with assigned leads and promptly initiate contact through the auto dialer system.
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for Software Training programs.
• Build rapport, credibility and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening.
• Schedule Video Counselling [VC] sessions for qualified leads.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads to facilitate the enrolment process.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets.
• To handle 3 hours of sales calls for a day with patience.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Graduates or Postgraduates
• At least 2 years of Software Training related Sales experience are welcome 
• Excellent communication skills & counselling skills
• Must be comfortable working in a target-based consultative sales role REMUNERATION
• 2 Lpa Fixed Annual Pay + Sales Commission (Upto 2 Lakhs)

SKILLS

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with patience and empathy.
• Ability to persuade learners towards attending the Video Counselling [VC] session to ultimately influence their enrolment decisions. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
