We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with a strong understanding of marketing automation, SFMC setup, and customer journey design. This role involves configuring, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Design customer journeys and automate marketing workflows using Journey Builder.
- Create and optimize SQL queries for segmentation, data extraction, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SFMC applications to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted marketing strategies.
