UI/UX Designer

You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and advocate design across teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

? Implement creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our brand values and design philosophy.

? Create new critical components, features and iterations of our solution

? Drive the design process from idea to implementation and everything that entails it - research, UX design, UI design and user testing of the RADAR web and mobile app. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering to create a highly efficient delivery team

? Maintain design libraries with aesthetic and functional iconography, typography, color, spacing, UI components to help users to navigate our product with ease

? Help translate product goals, balancing user-insights and engineering to create an elegant, usable and measurable user experience

? Obsess about end users with a good understanding of different research and testing methods, including when and how to use them.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

? 1 to 2 years of experience designing enterprise systems with a Bachelors or a Masters degree in design (e.g. interaction design, visual communication, product, industrial)

? Human-Computer interaction or equivalent practical experience

? Excellent visual design skills

? Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma/Sketch and animation tools to best represent concepts

? Iterative approach. Ability to move quickly from idea to validation and documenting user flows, personas and pain-points

? Experience in designing exemplary mobile interfaces for native apps (Android & iOS) is an added bonus
