Associate Product Manager

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our product team who can work with us in this mission. This role plays a key role in supporting our rapidly growing B2B business. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and someone with an understanding of how to build products that users love. We already have a development team, design team, business development team and user research team waiting for you. Let s build together!

Key responsibilities

1. Collaborate with senior leadership in product, technology, and business to articulate business needs to actionable product requirements

2. Interact and collaborate with all stakeholders - finance, engineering, sales, operations, and other internal teams to develop a roadmap for innovative solutions

3. Ensures clear and unambiguous translation of Product Roadmap to deliverables to enable the team to complete work

4. Establish requirements and specifications for existing (enhancements) and new products 5. Drives the execution of product development in collaboration with engineering 6. Develop metrics to measure the success of products and enhancements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduate in Engineering with 2-4 years experience in product development or customer onboarding or product adoption or as a business analyst.

2. Knowledge of of Jira So ware

3. Hands-on knowledge of agile product development

4. Ability to design and understand user journeys

5. Knowledge of UI/UX and designing wireframes

6. Previous experience in Healthcare/Healthtech domain will be plus
