Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in sales and marketing, specifically in staffing solutions and software product sales. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for both staffing solutions and software product sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
• Work on lead generation strategies and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and pitch company services and products effectively to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition is a must.
• Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment services and software product sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT staffing or SaaS product sales is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
