Regional Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales
  
• Identify and engage potential customers for Oracle NetSuite ERP and other cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the USA market.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT heads, and finance leaders.
• Understand client needs and present tailored ERP/Cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Partnership & Market Expansion
  
• Explore channel partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
• Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the USA.
• Represent Cloudio Technologies at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
• Sales Operations & Reporting
  
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring strong revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on demand generation campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5+ years in ERP or Cloud-based solution sales, with a proven track record in the USA market.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP platforms.
• Sales Expertise: Hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Added Advantage: Candidates with prior experience in selling ERP or Cloud products in the USA.
