Site Reliability Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.
  
• Orchestrate and manage containerised environments with Kubernetes and Docker.
  
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless code deployment.
  
• Monitor, measure, and optimise system performance using observability tools (e.g., logs, metrics, traces).
  
• Write and maintain scripts for automation tasks using languages like Python, Bash, or similar.
  
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.
  
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud operations.
  
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure automation using Terraform.
  
• Proficiency in managing containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker.
  
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
  
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar.
  
• Experience working in a support mindset, including managing incidents and participating in on-call rotations.
  
• Familiarity with the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) domain.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
  
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
