Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across digital platforms. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management:
   
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
2. Content Strategy:
   
• Develop and manage content strategies for blogs, social media, email, and websites.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
   
• Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
4. Social Media Management:
   
• Create and schedule posts for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and respond to audience interactions.
5. Email Marketing:
   
• Create and manage email campaigns, including automation workflows, newsletters, and promotional emails.
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and optimize for better performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
   
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track campaign performance.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
7. Web Management:
   
• Ensure website is updated, optimized, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers for website improvements and troubleshooting.
8. Market Research:
   
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
• Creativity in content creation and social media strategy.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and evolving technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or digital marketing (preferred).
