- Responsibilities will include implementing security services in cloud-based programs based on pre-defined architectures, managing the security posture, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, performing threat modelling, implementing threat protection, and responding to security incident escalations
- Responsibilities for an Azure security engineer include managing the security posture, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, performing threat modeling, implementing threat protection, and responding to security incident escalations.
- Worked on remediating Azure security center recommendations..
- Worked on Monitoring and remediating ASC alerts.
- Worked on creating Log Analytics Workspace for the subscriptions that needs to be monitored effectively.
- Integrated Azure defender with Azure Security Center
- Created SOP's, KB's and Hardening checklists.
- Enforcing compliance and regulations across cloud environment.
- Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and quarterly reporting.
- Monitored companys inventory in order to integrate Azure cloud
- Assets to security solutions for more security and greater transparency.
- Participated in meetings and CIRT exercises to enhance required working relationships with the client and other teams.
- Knowledgeable on Azure security technologies and associated components and variations.
- Azure firewall, waf and network skills. Azure compliance and control policy .
- Incident Management and Response, created SNRs and SIRs to record the Incident
