• Ability to lead clients in defining their HR and Financials IT transformation journey, identifying opportunities for business, lead conversations, and bringing all the capability
  
• Possess strong industry understanding and point of view on one or two industries
  
• Targeting specific regions, accounts or sets of accounts.

• Demonstrate experience in breaking down the functional and technical boundaries between organizational silos to create a leaner, more agile digital organization.
  
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  
• Answering client queries about the services offered and maintaining client relations.
  
• Own end to end the sales lead generation initiative
  
• Closely work with the board to develop targeted sales strategies.
  
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns and conducting market research
  
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports
