Job Description
Job_Description:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect internal and external client assets.
- Conduct audits to assess current security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and generate reports.
- Perform risk analyses to evaluate potential security risks and conduct risk assessments. Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage third-party security attestation projects.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in security systems and procedures across Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Oversee the remediation of findings and observations from various audits and assessments.
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of cybersecurity consulting assignments for clients in industries such as Retail, Healthcare, E-commerce, and technology consulting.
- Act in a client-facing role, responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity risks by creating and executing risk management strategies.
- Expertise in designing information security policies and procedures, with experience in achieving certifications like SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
- Assess the current security posture of clients, envision future improvements, and develop implementation roadmaps for cybersecurity projects.
- Create and execute enterprise-wide information security plans to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data and infrastructure.
- Participate in designing infrastructure and software architectures that meet cybersecurity standards, and maintain key security solutions such as SIEM, SOC, WAF, ATP, VAPT, and Proxy.
- Provide regular reports on information and cybersecurity posture, indicators, and concerns to the IT Steering Committee.
- Manage compliance initiatives, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, remediations, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Ensure proper integration of security solutions with other systems by considering dependencies and integration points.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 8-10 members.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and processes confidently to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
Requirements - Educational background: BE or equivalent.
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification is preferred.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GDPR/Data Privacy, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in SIEM, Network Security (Firewalls, IDS, IPS), Endpoint Security, and Vulnerability Management tools.
- Proficiency with industry-standard security tools like Qualys, BurpSuite, Nessus, Tenable, or ZapProxy is essential.
- Experience in leading teams and managing cybersecurity initiatives.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle, with experience in at least one cloud platform being mandatory.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus.
