Job Description
As a Golang Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, overseeing the development and maintenance of high-performance backend systems built on Golang. You will provide technical direction, manage projects, and ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of backend developers working on Golang projects
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable systems
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals
- Drive technical decision-making and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and ensure team growth and productivity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in Golang
- Proven experience managing and leading development teams
- Strong understanding of backend architectures, microservices, and cloud infrastructures
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
