Job Description
As the Data Analyst Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading our team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented analysts, drive innovation, and shape the future of our data analytics offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analysts in the development and execution of data analytics projects, including data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization
- Define and enforce data analytics standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop analytics solutions that meet business objectives
- Lead the design and implementation of data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to uncover insights and trends in complex datasets
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay current with emerging data analytics technologies, trends, and best practices, evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics roles, with a focus on data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, with the ability to design and develop impactful dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Deep understanding of data analytics concepts and techniques, including data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
